Privacy Policy

Moseio (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described below. We are based in the Netherlands and process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, only as needed to deliver the site securely.
- Cookies: see section 5.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying).
- To keep the website secure and functional (legitimate interest).
- To understand site usage in aggregate, only if you accept optional cookies (consent).
3. Who receives it
Your data is handled by Moseio and our processors who host the website and deliver our notification emails. They act on our instructions under data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Cookie preferences expire after 12 months.
5. Cookies
We use necessary cookies that are required for the site to work (e.g. remembering your cookie choice). These do not need consent. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and help us understand which pages are useful. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
